Damaged or Defective Orders
We take great care in packing every order, but sometimes damage can occur during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately so we can resend a replacement.
If you’ve already accepted delivery and the goods are damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos of the damaged items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return or approve your request, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
